Orders for Faircloth Skimmers should be sent on or with a cover sheet displaying you company’s letterhead to:

- The order must contain all of the following information. For your convenience you may print and use our Order Form; we will also accept your own purchase order.
- Billing information: Name of the contact person and complete address, telephone number, fax number, Purchase Order number, and/or job name.
- Shipping information: Street address for shipping and name and telephone number of contact person. We prefer to ship to an address other than the construction site unless there is an existing construction trailer or office to receive shipments. The 6” skimmer is heavy and probably needs equipment to unload.
- Number and size of Faircloth Skimmers ordered. Please note shipping will be charged for all skimmers shipped west of the Mississippi River and all 5” and 6” skimmers.
- Name and telephone number of person authorizing the order.
- Payment is expected within 30 days of purchase.
